The Ministry of Finance has confirmed that, starting December 1, 2025, new provisions will take effect that directly impact the transmission process of Electronic Tax Documents (DTE). These updates aim to strengthen the accuracy and traceability of the events reported by taxpayers.
Key Updates Announced
Updated validations for invalidation events
New verification rules will be implemented for the following fields:
• Event Date
• Event Time
These adjustments affect the structure of the Invalidation Event, making it necessary to ensure that issuance and transmission systems are properly aligned with the new logic.
Updated catalogs for the Transmission System
The Ministry has also published a revised version of the catalogs included in the Functional Manual.
